- Interior Stripping has begun!

I've finally got some time to work on the Porsche. I have on order a completely new carpet. I wanted to try to get as much done today as I could to see what I'm up against. I really lucked out. The body is in excellent condition and there is LITERALLY no rust, ANYWHERE. I started by removing the aftermarket racing seats. The seats are decent, so I'll keep them in the shed for a future project. The back seat, like much of the rest of the interior, was painted by the PO and may need to be thrown out. Although the inside rear quarters look clean in the pictures, they were covered in mud and dirt. I used car Wash n Wax to clean up the rear quarters, and immediately dried it with a towell afterwards.
